SunEdison was a forward-thinking, innovative company focused on developing, building and operating alternative energy projects, especially solar power, for corporations and utilities. As an integral part of its mission, SunEdison was devoted to improving solar equipment technology to make solar power the most affordable source of energy.

As Europe, Middle East, Africa and Latin America CFO:

Raised over $900m project finance debt for solar projects in Europe and Latin America

Built a high performing international team, with members spread across the European and Latin American region (Spain, Chile, Mexico, Italy and the UK)

Re-implemented Oracle as the region's ERP

Supported high-growth business, scaled it from $100m annual capex investment to $800m annual capex investment

As Solar Materials CFO and SunEdison's Global Operational CFO:

Moved to the Bay Area to lead the Solar Materials' (from polysilicon to solar module manufacturing activities) Finance organization

Set up Finance operations to support manufacturing activities in Malaysia (wafering) and Korea (solar grade polysilicon manufacturing)

Negotiated contract manufacturing agreement with leading CM company for the assembly of solar modules, leveraged our partner's balance sheet strength to achieve minimum inventory and working capital investment

Led project finance for a $200m polysilicon manufacturing plant in Korea
